IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has bene made and filed stating that due diligence has been sed via known prior mailing address, as well as possible new address, phone numbers and email address, and also performing a skip trace, without effect, to ascertain the location of Cameron A. Martho; and any parties whose names and addresses are unknown are made parties to this action by the general description of Parties Unknown; Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that a copy of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the News Leader, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Augusta, Virginia, and the parties named herein an all parties unknown and/or whose location canno be ascertained or are nonresident individuals appear on or before September 1, 2026, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Augusta, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this cause.
