APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94849 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of December 2025 State of Nevada, Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.031 c.f.s., 5.8 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 579/580 of the Final Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 7, T19N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 7 bears N 39 degrees 28 minutes E, a distance of 3,015.0 feet (North Truckee Ditch).
