TOWNSHIP OF BARNEGAT ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Barnegat Township Zoning and Land Development Ordinance and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Barnegat Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(1) and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice in order to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain a "7-Brew" drive through coffee house consisting of an approximately 510 square foot building for product ordering from vehicles and associated drive through facilities, identification and directional signage, lighting, landscaping, menu boards, stormwater management facilities, accessory parking and related site improvements on property shown as Lot 1.03 in Tax Map Block 115 on the Barnegat Township Tax Map, which property is approximately 76,580 square feet (to be subdivided with proposed Lot 1.06 to be established for the proposed use at approximately 46,403 square feet) and is located at 907 W. Bay Avenue. This is a bifurcated application with the Applicant returning to the Board for subdivision and site plan approval if the "d" use variance is granted. A public hearing on this application has been ordered for August 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room, 900 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, New Jersey, at which time and place any interested party (as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4) will have an opportunity to be heard.
