sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov and to be sold subject to the mortgage $34,457.67 of Elizon Master Participation Trust I, U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Owner Trustee, shall be for not less than two thirds (2/3) of the difference between the value of the real estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of Elizon Master Participation Trust I, U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Owner Trustee.
Opening bid shall be $137,028.22.
Second Sale – If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on September 11th, 2026. The second sale shall be made without regard to the minimum bid requirements in ORC Section 2329.20, but shall be subject to costs, allowance and taxes under ORC Section 2329.21.
