LEGAL NOTICE  The Borough of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, hereby gives notice that the Borough Council, prior to a regular monthly meeting on August 3, 2026 commencing at 5:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Borough Hall, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, will conduct a public hearing on and consider enactment of the Ordinance as set forth below. ORDINANCE NO. 944 An Ordinance of The Borough of North East Amending Certain Provisions of Ordinance 903, Zoning, to Add Specific Regulations for the Demolition of Historic Structures Within the Borough The Ordinance amends Ord. 903, Zoning, to include procedures for consideration of conditional use applications and adopting regulations governing the process for demolition of for historic structures in the Borough. A full copy of the proposed Ordinance is available at the Borough Hall for examination without charge or copies obtainable for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
