Notice of Intent to Destroy Educational Records
For special education students who have graduated or completed their education, it is the policy of Greater Randolph Interlocal Cooperative, to destroy all personally identifiable information which is no longer needed to provide educational services. Greater Randolph Interlocal Cooperative will maintain educational records for special education students for three years after the student completes their special education program. For special education students who withdraw from Greater Randolph Interlocal Cooperative prior to completing their special education program, records will be maintained for three years following withdraw or until age 21, whichever is later.
Special education records for students who graduated in 2022 will be destroyed after July 31, 2026 unless other arrangements are made with the Greater Randolph Interlocal Cooperative office. School districts being served by the Greater Randolph Interlocal Cooperative include Liberty Perry, Monroe Central, Randolph Central, Randolph Eastern and Randolph Southern.
