Those certain properties described as 12650 and 13300 S. Crocker Road, Stockton CA (APN: 191-090-06, 191-090-07, 191-090-08) 2. Vendor: Tirupathi Farms et al. (contact: Aravind Tirupathi) 3. Price: Not to exceed $7,500 per acre   Two public hearings are scheduled to be held. The first public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at the SJCOG, Inc. Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) Meeting at 9:30 a.m. The second public hearing will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. Both will be located at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95202.   The August 12th meeting will be hybrid for the HTAC. The August 27th meeting is in-person at 555 East Weber Avenue, Stockton CA 95202. Public participation is available through in-person (Board) and in-person, virtual or phone line (HTAC) provided in the agenda or contact staff for information.
