ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   Sealed Bid Proposals Request for: 2026 Springfield Parking Lot Repairs   Owner: Ozarks Technical Community College 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway Springfield, MO 65802   All endorsed “Proposals” shall be uploaded to the College’s Ionwave Bidding system (https://otc.ionwave.net/CurrentSourcingEvents.aspx) no later than 2:00 PM CST on July 29, 2026. A bidding tabulation will be sent to all bidders who submitted after the bids have been unsealed.   The invitation to bid will be available for download through the College’s Ionwave Bidding system.   All questions must be submitted via Ionwave bidding system at otc.ionwave.net. All questions are to be submitted by the end of day on July 24, 2026. Any questions received after this date will not be acknowledged or responded to.   The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding.   PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM CST on July 22, 2026. The conference will be held on the OTC Springfield Campus, in the Facility Operations Building conference room at 933 E Central, Springfield, MO 65802. Contractors can schedule a site visit to review project site as desired or immediately following the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY for bid consideration.   PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order as listed in the Project Manual.   PROJECT AWARD: Project will be presented to the Board of Trustees on August 12, 2026. Intended project award date to be August 12, 2026, with an anticipated construction start date of August 13, 2026.   PROJECT COMPLETION: Final completion shall be met by September 4, 2026.
