Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Minimum Parking Requirements for Residential Uses
Mark A. Borenstein seeks to amend the City of Worcester Zoning Ordinance related to minimum off-street parking requirements for residential uses in order to replace the off-street parking requirement of 2 spaces per dwelling unit for single-, two- -three- -and -multi-family dwelling uses, as outlined within Article IV, Table 4.4, with one new category entitled, "single, two, three family or multi-family dwelling" uses with a parking requirement of one space per dwelling unit (ZA-2026-011).
A public hearing on the application will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 5:30PMin the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
