NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) seeking Respondents interested in Oil Dock 14 Deepening Upgrades – Phase I project. Interested Respondents must be registered on the PCCA’s pro-curement website to obtain the complete CSP package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). This solicitation will be a one-step process in which selection will be based on specific criteria identified in this document.
The scope of work generally consists of furnishing and constructing approximately 350 linear feet of a toe wall system and breasting structure modifications that include moving the breasting line further towards the channel. Required scope of work to be completed within a single continuous 35-day dock outage.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Ortiz Center located at 402 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, with a site visit to follow. For virtual access to the meeting, login information will be published prior to the meeting date/time. The project location is within a TWIC secure area; therefore, advanced registration is required for the site visit. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful Respondent executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
In order to be considered, Respondents must submit an electronic file of the complete proposal via the PCCA Procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home) by 3:00 P.M., Thursday, August 20, 2026 (the “Deadline”); Attn: Melinda Licon, Procurement Services Manager. The electronic file should not be password protected. Pro-posals will be publicly opened virtually at the time they are due. Proposals may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals received.
Respondents must not attempt to contact Staff members, Commissioners, or Agents of the PCCA associated with this CSP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the CSP. Questions should be submitted in writing via the PCCA’s Procurement website
