TOWN OF SARATOGA WOOD COUNTY, WISCONSIN   Bid Notice   Bids for Sixteen (16) hot mix asphalt paver patches in various lengths. Sixteen (16) Carousel Court from Hwy 73 to Termini will be accepted by the Town of Saratoga. Project includes shaping and two inches (2”) of hot mix paver asphalt surface and traffic control as needed. Project should be viewed before submitting bid. Completion of the project must be before October 1st, 2026. Please contact the Town at (715) 325-5204 for any questions. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on August 3, 2026. Sealed bids can be mailed to Town of Saratoga, Attn: Paulette Weinfurter, 1120 State Highway 73 South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI, 54494, or dropped in drop-box at office door at the same address. Please note 2026 Asphalt Spot Repairs on the exterior of the envelope. The bids will be opened publicly at 11:00 AM, August 3rd , 2026 at the Saratoga Town Board Room. The Town board will make a decision at 6:00 PM, August 19, 2026 at the Town Board Meeting. The Town of Saratoga reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding and accept any bid most advantageous to the Town of Saratoga.
