King, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:   Premises commonly known as: 15 W 13th St, Ashland, OH 44805 Parcel No.: P43-010-0-0157-00 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
