NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Manheim Township Board of Supervisors, York County, PA, is soliciting bids for a three (3) year Garbage/Recycling contract with two additional one-year extension options for which specifications and bid forms are enclosed. Bidders are required to use the bid forms provided. Bid proposals can be submitted until 2:00 pm. on Monday, August 17th, 2026. The bids will be opened at 3:00 pm with the contract intended to be awarded during the Board of Supervisors meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 17th, 2026. Located at 5191 Wool Mill Rd.
