A petition has been presented to said Court by Nicholas Reed of West Springfield in the County of Hampden representing that he hold as tenant in common _____ undivided _____ part or share of _______ certain land lying in Worcester in said County Worcester briefly as follows:

setting forth that he/she desire that all the aforesaid described part of said land my be sold at private sale not less than $697,800.00 dollars, and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Worcester before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the first day of September 2026, the return day of this citation.

BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Sagamore Road, said point being distant three hundred twelve and five tenths (312.5) feet from the center of a drill hold made in a stone monument at the intersection of said southerly line of Sagamore Road with the westerly line of Park Avenue and measured westerly on the said southerly line of Sagamore Road;
THENCE by said southerly line of Sagamore Road N. 75 ° 46’ W. sixty-five (65) feet to a drill hole in a stone monument at land now or formerly of Alice E. Whitman;
THENCE S. 14° 14’ W. one hundred fifteen (115) feet to a drill hole in a stone monument at land now or formerly of Lucy J. Knowlton;
THENCE S. 75° 46’ E. by land now or formerly of said Lucy J. Knowlton and one Wesby, sixty-five (65) feet to a point at land now or formerly of Isaac Goldman;
THENCE N. 14° 14’ E. by land now or formerly of Isaac Goldman, one hundred and fifteen (115) feet to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING an area by estimation of 7,475 feet.
