REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS San Patricio County NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, is requesting qualifications (RFQ) for the design-build of the new county jail. Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00PM on August 13, 2026 to be considered. Any proposal delivered or received after 2:00 PM (Central Time) will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The County also reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents, as permitted by law.
