REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS San Patricio County NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, is requesting proposals (RFP) for Emergency Management Asset services for Emergency Disaster Response Services and Logistical Response Services. Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00PM on August 6, 2026 to be considered. Any proposal delivered or received after 2:00 PM (Central Time) will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The County also reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents, as permitted by law. All bids must be clearly marked “RFP2026-008 Emergency Assets”.
