French Street Wilmington, Delaware 19801 Contract No. 27017PW - Primary Clarifier 1 Rehabilitation Wilmington, Delaware  The Wilmington Regional WWTP Primary Clarifier 1 Rehabilitation project includes replacement of clarifier mechanism, including weirs, baffles, center well, walkway, gear drive, scum trough, and control panel. Clarifier structure rehabilitation includes concrete restoration and launder wall coating.   This project is funded by the Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund: therefore, bidders and the successful contractor must comply with the related Program Requirements. Bidders must comply with the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and a mandatory alcohol and drug testing program.   This project is subject to State of Delaware Prevailing Wage Rates regulations and the Davis Bacon Wage Rates, whichever is higher.
