Louro, fka Cynthia J. Perez to Citizens Mortgage Corporation, dated November 17, 2003, and recorded in Bristol South County Registry of Deeds in Book 6662, Page 3 has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
