137 Pebble Woods Dr The Rotelle Companies is proposing a small flow treatment facility (SFTF) located at 137 Pebble Woods Drive, TMP#09-025-110, in Doylestown Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The owner proposes installing the SFTF to serve a new 4-bedroom single-family residence. Effluent from the residence will be treated by a SFTF owned by the property owner, which will discharge to a perennial UNT on the property. The tributary is classified as perennial conditions prior to leaving the parcel. This notice is being provided because the proposed land use pattern is not consistent with the Doylestown Township Act 537 Plan since the plan indicates the area is to be served by on-lot sewage facilities. The required 30-day review and comment period will run from June 8 to July 9, 2026.
