2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) Sarasota County is preparing their annual Federal FY2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) which summarizes the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program for the year ending September 30, 2025. A draft copy of the CAPER will be prepared for public comment. The draft CAPER is available on the Housing Enhancement and Redevelopment Office (HERO) website during the Public Comment Period at www.herosrq.net/2024-caper. Please email comments to CAPERPublicComments@scgov.net or drop off written comments to the Housing Enhancement and Redevelopment Office at 4510 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232.
