A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: Plaintiff PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, by and through its attorney of record, Nicole M. Bartee of Codilis & Moody, P.C., 20405 State Highway 249, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77070, brought suit under Cause No. 2025DCV2044 in the 168th Judicial District Court of El Paso County, Texas, for enforcement and foreclosure of Deed of Trust Lien on the following described real property of which Defendants, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF KENNETH JOHNSON, are potential parties in interest: LOT 18, BLOCK 18, DALE BELLAMAH UNIT 5, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EL PASO, EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF ON FILE IN VOLUME 26, PAGE 43, PLAT RECORDS OF EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS. as per attached and as is more fully shown by PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION on file in this suit.
