Notice is Hereby Given that on April 2, 2026 at 7:30pm local time, a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning/Zoning Board of the Township of Haddon, at the Haddon Township Municipal Building, 135 Haddon Ave, Westmont, New Jersey, upon the request of the application of 911 W. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey 08033, Block 14.07 Lot 9 for the purpose of front yard parking to convert garage into living space.
Looking for the following variances:
142-39 A(5) Off Street Parking
Location of parking and loading. Required off-street parking and loading spaces shall be provided on the same lot or on any lot within 300 feet. When some or all parking is not to take place on the same lot as the premises served, the Planning Board shall require evidence during site plan approval which demonstrates the availability of such off-site parking taking into consideration the operations and the hours of the use for which the off-site parking serves. No parking of vehicles shall be permitted in fire
lanes, streets, driveways, landscaped areas, aisles, buffered areas, sidewalks, turning areas, or in the front yard of properties in the R-1 and R-2 Zoning Districts.

Required Lot Area: required 10,000 sq ft, where 6,875 sq ft exists, need relief of 3,125 sq ft.
Lot Frontage: required 75', where 55' exists, need relief of 20'
Lot Width: required 75' where 55' exists, need relief of 20'
Side Yard Setback: required 10', where 6.85' exists, need relief of 3.15'
Total Side Yards: required 25', where 16.97' exists, need relief of 8.03'
Accessory Building: required 5', where 3.44' exists, need relief of 1.56'
