TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 071-3-147-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 17, Block B, Engleside Subdivision, shown in Realty Book 10-U, page 207, described in Deed Book 27, page 2217, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2632 Miller Avenue
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of July, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1964, at page 426.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of July, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
