2nd Half Real Estate Tax Notice Colonial Heights Taxpayers The 2nd half of 2025 Real Estate Taxes are now due. To avoid penalty and interest, taxes must be paid by November 17, 2025. Failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve the taxpayer from any late charges. Please provide bill when making payment in-person or by mail. A DROP BOX is conveniently located outside city hall for payments. Making payment by credit card, visit the City website at www.colonialheightsva.gov/epayments. Please provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope for paid receipt. A 2% convenience fee is charge when using credit and debit cards, in-person and online. Checks, electronic checks (online), and cash payments will not incur a fee. NOTICE: HOMEOWNERS MAY RECEIVE A BILL WITH MORTGAGES.
