327 IAC 15-5 Rule 5 In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that Aditi Real Estate 63, LLC (315 US 31 South, Greenwood, IN) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Lot 4 Southern Dunes at Wellingshire project located at 2220 Southport Commons Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will be discharged to the West Fork White River Watershed. Runoff will outlet into the existing detention pond located south of the site.
