Take notice that on December 11th 2025, 6pm Remotely on TEAMS; a hearing
will be held before the City of Camden Planning Board on the application of
Anqi Qiu for a SIGN VARIANCE to install an awning sign outside the front of
the restaurant, that may also serve as a temporary shelter for people waiting
for the bus in times of rain/need on the premises located at 3420 Westfield
Ave Camden Nj 08105 and designated as BLOCK NO.(s) 1029, LOT NO.(s) 32
located in the East Camden District.
Copies of the maps and papers are on file in the Planning Board Office at
City shall, Room 224, Camden NJ and may be viewed during regular business
hours (8:30am TO 4:30pm).
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in
accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.

The applicant is applying for a sign variance of 48 sq ft where 24 sq ft is permitted
