PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 11th day of December 2025, at 7:30PM at the Village Hall, 455 Route 32, Highland Mills, New York, there will be a public hearing conducted by Village of Woodbury Board of Trustees, to consider a request for relief from Local Law 7 of 2025 for the property located at 345 Ridge Road, Highland Mills, New York. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the application whereby the property owner is alleging that it suffers unnecessary or extraordinary hardship from the continued moratorium.
