Izzo, 116 N. 2nd Street, Camden, NJ 08102, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which RHONDA FLEETWOOD is the plaintiff and PHILLIP JONES, et al. are defendants, pending int the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, CAMDEN County and bearing Docket No. F-013248-25 within thirty-five (35) days after exclusive of such date. If you fail to answer or appear in accordance with Rule 4:4-6, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex - CN 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.

THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a certain tax certificate 000276, recorded on 08/29/2000 at Book 5356, Page 295, made by the Collector of Taxes for CAMDEN CITY, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 112 BLOCK 372 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 819 Spruce St., CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY.
YOU, PHILLIP JONES, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action because you are the owner of record owner for the property subject of the Complaint and, therefore, named herein as a defendant to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
YOU, MRS./MR. PHILLIP JONES, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the unknown spouse of Phillip Jones, the latter being owner of record owner for the property subject of the Complaint and, therefore, named herein as a defendant to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
YOU, UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS TO PHILLIP JONES, are made a defendant to the above foreclosure action as the unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of Phillip Jones, the latter being owner of record owner for the property subject of the Complaint and, therefore, named herein as a defendant to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
YOU, ATLAS SUBSIDIARIES OF NEW JERSEY, INC., are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action because of a mortgage that encumbers the subject property for which said defendant is listed as the last assignee of record by Assignment recorded on 01/27/1964 in Book 333, Page 445, and to foreclosure your interest in the subject property.
YOU, FIRST MERCANTILE CONSUMER DISCOUNT COMPANY, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action because of a mortgage that encumbers the subject property, that was recorded on 11/25/1966 in Book 1834, Page 523, and to foreclosure your interest in the subject property.
YOU, CITY OF CAMDEN, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action for its interest claimed in the subject property by way of civil action commenced in the Superior Court of New Jersey, as reflected within the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded 11/02/2012 in Book 9690, Page 1765, and to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
YOU, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY, are named a defendant to the above foreclosure action as creditor for judgment entered on 07/22/2011 in the Superior Court of New Jersey, under Docket No. DC-005071-10, and to foreclose your interest in the subject property.
