ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Wirth Center for the Performing Arts 11 7th Ave N St. Cloud, MN 56303 BCI Construction, Inc. Will receive and review bids for the above-named project on behalf of Wirth Center for the Performing Arts. The project is for the Wirth Center of the Performance Arts. WCPA will move and expand their services in the Arts industry while bringing a collaborative and creative space for many forms of art. The new space will include a performance space to host events, music and art resources including a recording studio, dance hall/fitness area, music therapy, private lessons, and more. The new home is approximately 22,488 square feet at the Daniel Building, located in Downtown St. Cloud, MN. The facility possesses many strong features to be a positive new home. The project is anticipated to be completed in three (3) phases. This advertisement for bid is only for Phase I. Bids will be received by BCI Construction, Inc. on or before Friday, January 23, 2026, 2:00 PM. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 2:00 PM.
