All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to the West Morgan East Lawrence Water & Sewer Authority for the installation of approximately 4,000 L.F. of 8" CL. 200 PVC water lines; D.I. fittings, valves, and valve markers; water service line; 1,600 L.F. of 6" CL. 200 PVC water lines; D.I. fittings, valves, and valve markers; water service line; and all necessary appurtenances in the downtown area of Courtland, Alabama, 35618. Owner will receive Bids at the Board Office, located at 2547 Kirby Bridge Drive, Decatur, Alabama, 35603, until 10:00 A.M. local standard time on the 11th day of December 2025, at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened. F. Bid Documents can be obtained only by the General Contractors and Bidders at www.insiteengineering.org.
