ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP BEAVER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA WOODLAWN AND SHARON GRANGE PARKS General Notice Bids for the construction of the Woodlawn and Sharon Grange Parks Project will be received by Hopewell Township online via PennBID, until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and posted on PennBID's website. The work generally includes demolition and removal of existing playground equipment, completion of earthwork, and installation of a concrete slab and sidewalks, an asphalt pad and parking, aggregate subbase, stormwater controls, and site restoration in Woodlawn Park and Sharon Grange Park in Hopewell Township, PA. This Project was financed in part by grants from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority (Local Share Account & Greenways, Trails, and Recreation Program). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost on PennBID – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids shall be accepted online through the PennBID Program. Additional bidding requirements are found in Section 00 21 13, "Instructions to Bidders", of the Bidding Documents. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date as provided by the Act of November 26, 1978 (P.L. 1309, No. 317), as amended by the Act of December 12, 1994 (P.L. 1042, No. 142).
