A mandatory pre-bid conference for General Contractors will be held at the Conference Room of the Procurement Services Annex at the above address at 10:00 AM local time Tuesday, December 2, 2025 and continue on to the job site. There is no formal pre-qualification for this project. However, bidders must provide written approval from SBA that they are an approved SBA-approved tower crew.Preliminary Drawings and Specifications are open to public inspection and will be available for EXAMINATION ONLY starting Monday, November 10, 2025, at The University of Alabama, Office of Construction Administration Plan Room, 1115 14th Street, Ancillary Services Building, Second Floor, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
