Advertisement of Prequalification Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected to provide Construction Management services for the UNF Lot 18 Soccer Fields project at the University of North Florida. Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications for the following scopes of work: CONCRETE, ELECTRICAL, SITEWORK, FENCING & GATES, LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION, ATHLETIC FIELDS All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified for their bid to be considered. To receive a link to start the prequalification process, send an email to prequalification@cppi.com. Bid documents are now available. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Lot 18 on the UNF Campus at 1 South UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. To RSVP, please send an email to bids@cppi.com. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 pm, Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Bids may be submitted electronically through BuildingConnected or hand delivered to Rich Pritt at 12926 Gran Bay Pkwy West, Suite 205, Jacksonville. The bid opening is scheduled at this location for 3:00 pm EST February 10, 2026. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin by the end of February 2026.
