The Licking Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 18, 2025, @ 7:00 p.m. ; January 15, 2026 (continuance), @ 7:00 p.m. and February 5, 2026 (continuance) @ 7:00 p.m., The hearings will be held at the Licking Township Fire Co; Station #600; 9384 Jacksontown Road, Jacksontown, OH, to review the following proposed text amendment to the Licking Township Zoning Resolution:
Applicant J-Brand Investments, LLC – 9334 Jacksontown Road, Jacksontown, OH 43030, wish to amend the Licking Township Zoning Resolution as follows:
Add Section 12.01.B03.g Commercial Excavation and Construction Equipment and Materials Storage and Office Space to Section 12.01.B.03 Conditional Permitted Uses of the Licking Township Zoning Resolution
Add 12.01.B.03.h Tractor Trailer and Semi-truck Storage lot to Section 12.01.B.03 Conditional Permitted Uses of the Licking Township Zoning Resolution
Information about the proposed amendment will be available for public review beginning December 5, 2025, at the Jacksontown USPS (lobby) 6686 National Road, Jacksontown, OH 43030 (lobby open 24 hours daily); at the Hebron USPS (lobby) 145 North High Street Hebron, OH 43025 (lobby open 24 hours daily); & on the Licking Township website https://www.lickingtwplc.gov/
The Zoning Commission will hold their regular business meeting at the conclusion of each of the public meeting/hearings on 12/18/25; 1/15/26; 2/05/26.
