BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF PINEBELT EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION, LLC FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR A CERTAIN WELL LOCATED IN SOUTH STATE LINE FIELD, GREENE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, DOCKET NO. 171-2026-D PUBLIC NOTICE TO: ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN SOUTH STATE LINE FIELD, GREENE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI TAKE NOTICE that PINEBELT EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION, LLC has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board requesting that the Board grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28.2.a for a certain well which is listed on Exhibit "1" hereto. TAKE NOTICE that the above and foregoing matter will be heard at the regular May 2026 meeting to be held at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on May 20, 2026, 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place all interested parties may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, (seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing). Failure to so notify the Board and Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance. You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner, and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
