BERKELEY TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF HEARING In compliance with Article V, Section 35-7.4c of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Berkeley, New Jersey, notice is hereby served upon you to the affected that we, Brandon and Melissa McTigue, do hereby propose to: Apply for a variance to construct a covered patio off the back of the house. "and any and all other variances as may be required."
