The scope of this project consists of the new construction of Challenger Avenue Extension and includes clearing & grubbing, erosion control, earthwork, drainage (pipes and structures), pavement (subgrade base and asphalt pavement), curb & gutter, sidewalks, roadway lighting, fencing, seeding & sodding pavement markings, signage, and CCTV.
