Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 2025, BIF III Holtwood, LLC, 482 Old Holtwood Road, Holtwood, PA 17532, c/o Luke Anderson, (207) 577-5613, Luke.Anderson@brookfieldrenewable.com filed an application (SRBC Pending No. 2025-081) with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) for project review for the existing Holtwood Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. P-1881-122 (Holtwood Project). The Holtwood Project consists of a 195.5 MW hydroelectric generating facility on the Susquehanna River located in Martic Township, Lancaster County, and Lower Chanceford Township, in York County, Pennsylvania. BIF III Holtwood, LLC has proposed to continue to utilize up to 63,600 cubic feet per second (cfs) from the Susquehanna River for hydroelectric power generation.
