Notice is here by given that on the 27th day of April 2026
At 7:00 PM, local time, a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of
Adjustment of the Borough of Collingswood at the Municipal Building 678 Haddon Ave.
Collingswood, NJ upon the application of Susan McAllister
the applicant, for a variance from Ordinance 1058, Chapter 141- 45B, 17, 88 of the zoning ordinance of the Borough of Collingswood to permit installation of an inground swimming pool and associated patio on the property with the necessary drain trench system to capture and manage storm water runoff. The proposed improvements will not create any adverse impact on the neighboring properties as a grading plan was performed by a civil engineer and the trench system was designed to address the impervious coverage created by the pool and patio. The pool coping will be within nine feet of the shed and the fencing will meet the necessary requirements. The character of the surrounding neighborhood will remain unchanged.
This variance is sought on Block 80 Lot 8
Located at 1040 Stokes Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. All
interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. All documents relating to this
application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM
in the Collingswood Municipal Building.
