BRIDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 2nd, 2026, at 7:00 pm, the Planning Board of the Township of Bridgewater will hold a public hearing on the application of Rann Moshea. The meeting will be held in person at the Somerset County Library System[Bridgewater Branch], located at 1 Vogt Drive, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Meetings may also be viewed (live) on the Bridgewater Township YouTube channel which can be viewed by clicking on the video stream labeled "Bridgewater Planning Board" at: https://www.youtube.com/@BridgewaterNewJersey. The live stream is for viewing purposes only/does not allow for participation. If you wish to participate and/or provide testimony, you must be physically present at the meeting. The premises, which is the subject of the application, is located at 59 Cornell Boulevard, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 and is located in the R-10 Zone(s). Said premises is also known as Block 405, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of Bridgewater Township. The application is for a Preliminary and Final Subdivision to permit the subdivision of the property into three lots for the purpose of constructing three, two-story residential dwellings; and all other relief and variances deemed appropriate by the Planning Board of the Township of Bridgewater. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such other variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials. The application is available for public inspection in the Planning Department at the Municipal Building, 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ during regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
