Beach Haven Land Use Board LAND USE BOARD BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN RESOLUTION #2025-05 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by Marc & Alison D'Agostino, regarding real property located at 425 Fifth St., Block 164, Lot 1.01 & 1.04, on the municipal tax map in connection with permitting the construction of a new front entry deck, with stairs, a new cantilevered and open one-story deck on the west of the dwelling, an addition to the westerly side of the dwelling, and complete overall renovations to the existing dwelling. The Board approved this application at its October 6, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-05, that the Board adopted on November 3, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
