NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by Hanson Realty LLC, regarding real property located at 112 Twelfth St., Block 212, Lot 8, on the municipal tax map in connection with permitting a rear yard setback of 7.2ft. from the in-ground pool, where 8 ft. is required.
The Board approved this application at its October 6, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-06, that the Board adopted on November 3, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
