NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beach Haven Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for a bulk variance filed by 116 East 3rd St., LLC, regarding real property located at 116 Third Street, Block 158, Lot 5, on the municipal tax map in connection with permitting a minor subdivision approval to demolish the existing single-family dwelling located within the Historical Preservation District and subdivide the existing 10,000sq.ft. lot into two (2) 5,000sq.ft. lots (50ft. x 100ft.) with variance relief, if necessary, for minimum lot area and minimum lot width.
The Board approved this application at its October 6, 2025 meeting, and the decision was memorialized in a written resolution, #2025-06, that the Board adopted on November 3, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
