River City Construction LLC is the Design-Builder for the construction of the new Warren County Law Enforcement Center in Monmouth, Illinois. The project consists of approximately 23,100 SF of new building, site, and landscaping.
This is a Design-Build project executed by River City Construction, LLC in partnership with Goldberg Group Architects, 210 Main Street, St. Joseph, MO., 64501. THERE IS NO GENERAL CONTRACTOR. All contractors on this Project are considered Trade contractors to River City Construction (RCC). RCC will award separate Contracts for all Bid Packages involved in the Project. The Project will be managed and coordinated by RCC.
RCC is accepting bids for the Work Categories noted below on May 14th at 2:00PM either in person at River City Construction, LLC, 101 Hoffer Lane, East Peoria, IL 61611 or submitted electronically to cmbid@rccllc.com:
