Board of Adjustment
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
BD-1992-240 MARTIN PATTON STREET Request a special exception for a church to be located at 245 Martin Patton Street in B-2 (Commercial) and R-65-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning Districts.
BD-2025-048 LUCIAN LANE Request a special exception to keep chickens on the property located at 3115 Lucian Lane in an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-049 ELSMEADE DRIVE Request a special exception to keep chickens on the property located at 2414 Elsmeade Drive in an R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.
BD-1978-095 PERRY HILL ROAD Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 1231 Perry Hill Road (Suite D) in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
BD-2021-034 PATRICK ROAD Request a coverage variance and a special exception for an accessory structure without a dwelling to be located on the south side of Patrick Road, across from Beckwith Road, in an R-65-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-051 EASTDALE DRIVE Request a special exception for a place of worship and outreach ministry to be located at 5880 Eastdale Drive and the parcel to the west (Parcel No. 09-03-07-2-006-001.025) in B-2 (Commercial) and B-5 (Commercial) Zoning Districts.
BD-2025-055 WYNLAKES BOULEVARD Request a side yard variance for an addition to the dwelling, and front yard and side yard variances to maintain the existing dwelling located at 7013 Wynlakes Boulevard in an PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
BD-1983-117 NORMAN BRIDGE ROAD Request a front yard variance and a height variance for a new fence to be located at 4900 Norman Bridge Road in a M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
BD-1982-270 HUNTER LOOP ROAD Request a special exception for a mobile home for living purposes to be located at 465 Hunter Loop Road in an AGR-2 (General Agriculture) Zoning District.
BD-2025-052 WEST HANNON STREET Request a special exception to keep goats on the property located at 120 West Hannon Street in an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
BD-2025-054 SEATON PLACE Request a special exception for a private school to be located at 8191 Seaton Place in an O-1 (Office) Zoning District.
