Borough of Franklin Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice of Hearing Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Franklin Lakes and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that Joshua and Nicole Coonin, owners of the property commonly known as 28 Pleasant View Lane, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417, also known as Qualifier C0114 in Lot 27 in Block 3401 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Franklin Lakes, pursuant to Section 300.110.1.G(2)(b) of the Land Use Ordinance of the Borough of Franklin Lakes. The applicants sought relief with respect to the minimum setback to public road (Northwood Drive) of 30 feet. The applicants also seek whatever other variances, permits, waivers, exceptions, deviations or approvals the Board deems to be required.
