Notice of Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Franklin Lakes and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that Joshua and Nicole Coonin, owners of the property commonly known as 28 Pleasant View Lane, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417, also known as Qualifier C0114 in Lot 27 in Block 3401 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Franklin Lakes, pursuant to Section 300.110.1.G(2)(b) of the Land Use Ordinance of the Borough of Franklin Lakes.
The applicants sought relief with respect to the minimum setback to public road (Northwood Drive) of 30 feet. The applicants also seek whatever other variances, permits, waivers, exceptions, deviations or approvals the Board deems to be required.
A public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for December 4, 2025 at 7:30p.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of the Franklin Lakes, 480 DeKorte Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate during the live meeting.
A copy of the application and related materials are on file in the Office of the Clerk to the Board, Borough Hall of Franklin Lakes, 480 DeKorte Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417. The application and related materials will be placed on the Website of the Borough of Franklin Lakes (www. Franklinlakes.org) for public inspection.
