Borough of Franklin Lakes Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice of Hearing Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Borough of Franklin Lakes and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that Michael Ottomanelli Jr., owner of the property commonly known as 950 Scioto Drive, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey 07417, also known as Lot 1.03 in Block 2101.10 on the tax assessment map of the Borough of Franklin Lakes, pursuant to Section 300-121 the Land Use Ordinance of the Borough of Franklin Lakes. The applicants sought relief with respect to the proposed retaining wall height of 18 feet where 4 feet is allowed, the proposed wall rear/side yard setback of 15 feet where 25 feet is required, and the proposed land disturbance within the 15 foot buffer of the property line. The applicants also seek whatever other variances, permits, waivers, exceptions, deviations or approvals the Board deems to be required. A public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for December 4, 2025 at 7:30p.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers of the Franklin Lakes, 480 DeKorte Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417. All interested parties are invited to attend and participate during the live meeting. A copy of the application and related materials are on file in the Office of the Clerk to the Board, Borough Hall of Franklin Lakes, 480 DeKorte Drive, Franklin Lakes, NJ 07417.
