Borough of Lincoln Park Planning Board Public Hearing Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, John M. Luciano has filed a Minor Subdivision Application #640 and Grading Permit Application #G25-03 with the Lincoln Park Planning Board relative to property known as 18 Nakomis Path (Block 345209, Lot 8 located in an R15 Zone). The lot is an oversized lot of 31,022 sf with a single family home on the property. I seek to subdivide my existing lot into two (2) conforming lots; 15,237 sf and 15,785 sf. The existing single-family home located on the lot will demolished and new single-family will be constructed with the proper setbacks and grading. Any and all variances as may be required. This matter has been scheduled for a public hearing before the Planning Board on Thursday May 21st, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 34 Chapel Hill Road, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035.
