CAMBRIDGE LICENSE COMMISSION Notice is hereby given pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 138, that Overlind Industries, LLC d/b/a The Red House, 98 Winthrop Street, Common Victualler All Alcohol License, has applied for an Alteration of Premises to expand the area of the second floor and a Change of DBA to Cox Hicks. The proposed Premises Description is: First Floor: 2 dining rooms and a bar, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio in private and public ways. Two-story building. The first floor consists of 1315 square feet and includes a kitchen, dining room, alcove seating, restroom and exterior private patio seating. The second floor has 1564 square feet and includes an interior bar with seating, accessory kitchen/storage, restrooms, and an exterior roof deck with seating. 1 entrance and 2 exits. The hearing on this application will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom.
