CAPE COD REGIONAL GOVERNMENT ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES Legal Notice of Ordinance Enactment 2026 Session Ordinance No. 7 ****** Barnstable County has enacted the following Ordinance: Ordinance 2026-07, To authorize funds and the authority to file loan application(s) for the purpose of making loans to residents of the County for repairing, replacing and/or upgrading failed residential septic systems, inclusive of sewer connections and innovative/alternative septic systems, in participating towns pursuant to agreements between the County and residential property owners, including all costs incidental and related thereto, and further, to add to the County's operating budget for Fiscal Year 2026, as enacted in Ordinances No. 2025-03 and 2025-04, by making supplemental appropriations for the Fiscal Year two thousand and twenty-six.
